Your organization should be prepared to pay for a feasibility study. The price of this can vary, so contact us for more information. If the result of the feasibility study is favorable, and your organization still wants to move forward, the next step is to come to an agreement on the terms of a lease for the new facility. No further funds are required, until the facility is fully delivered.

However, if your organization would like to contribute toward the cost of the development, we welcome your participation and partnership.

This program is not for everyone. It is specifically designed for those organizations that are ready to offer more to those suffering with addiction. However, as operators of an addiction treatment center ourselves, we know that most community- based providers do not have large administrative staffs that can take on the challenge of a significant real estate project. It would be nice, but who has the time when everyday we see more clients who need our help? Who has the time to stop caring for our clients to tackle all the details that go into a new building development or a capital campaign to fund it
